Last night, me and Colleen were down in Palatine driving down Rand Road. In the right lane, we came to the red light at Dundee and there was one car in front of us. When the light turned green, the car didn't move. I honked my horn...no response. I whipped over in the left lane to get around the guy. We, of course, looked over at the guy as we were passing him. To our surprise, he was slumped over the steering wheel. If he had merely just fallen asleep, our repetitive honking should have woken him. He looked like he was dead. While we were driving, we decided to call 911 and report it. We wanted to go back and see what became of it all, but we did not. We could have saved that guys life, but I guess we will never know.
