The hot water heater broke down in our apartment building today. They had to take out the old one and replace it with a new one. In order to do this, the water has been shut off all day. I have not been able to brush my teeth, shower, or wash my hands. Good thing I had the day off today. The toliet is also getting quite full, as I have not been able to flush all day. You never know how dependant you are on things until they are taken away from you.
