Saved by Google once again

My scanner had been dissapointing me lately. There was a streak on the glass, making all scanned images look like crap. And since the streak was on the underside of the glass, it's impossible to clean without disassembling the entire printer. I attempted several times to take it apart, prying random plastic parts, trying to find hidden tabs, but to no avail. Of course the user's manual wouldn't tell you how to take it apart, because HP would just want you to buy another scanner. I was ready to do so when I decided to do one final search on Google. My search led me to an article on the HP website, ironiclly, telling how to take apart the printer and clean the underside of the glass. Fantastic. Now I have a nice clean scanner. Where would we be without Google?
