Colleen is in a dilema. Her bosses are asking her to transfer stores because she has done such a good job improving her current store that they think that she can do the same for another store. But she has been at her store for a year and a half and has grown quite attached. But the transfer comes with a raise. I also think it will look good if she steps up and does it, escecially if she improves the new store (which I know she will). However, I don't want her to work any more hours than she already is. But I know it's going to happen if she does transfer.
