 O.J. Simpson

What did he do?
On June 13, 1994 the bodies of Simpson's wife Nicole, and her boyfriend
Ron Goldman, were found brutally murdered. Simpson had a good relationship
with the LAPD and they would allow him to surrender voluntarily to save him
the embarrassment of a public arrest. However, he bolted in his white Bronco
and led the LAPD on the infamous televised car chase throughout Los Angeles.
He finally surrendered at his Rockingham Mansion. Later Simpson would plead
"Absolutely, positively, 100% not guilty" to the murder charges.

June 17, 1994

Charged?
Yep, with the 1st Degree Murder of Ron Goldman and Nicole Simpson.

 Sentence?
After one of the most publicized trials in history, Simpson was acquitted on
Oct. 3, 1995. However, in a civil wrongful-death trial, Simpson was found liable
for the deaths of Brown and Goldman. In February 1997 the jury ordered Simpson
to pay $33.5 million in compensatory and punitive damages.


 

Nick Nolte

What did he do?
Allegedly, Nolte was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs or
alcohol after a California Highway Patrol Officer saw the actor's black 1992
Mercedes-Benz swerving across a Malibu highway. Nolte was described as "drooling"
and "droopy-eyed" by California Highway Patrol spokesman Leland Tang.

 When?
September 12, 2002.

Charged?
Allegedly charged with DUI.

Sentence?
Nolte was freed on $2,500 bail with a hearing scheduled for 26 October 2002.
Nolte checked into the Silver Hill Hospital in Connecticut - a substance abuse treatment
centre - two days after his arrest.

At his hearing, the film star pleaded no contest to driving under the influence of a drug he
claims to have consumed in a bodybuilding supplement and was placed on probation with
orders to remain in drug counseling for several months. Under the plea agreement,
prosecutors dropped a second misdemeanor drug count.


 

Snoop Dogg

 What did he do?
Allegedly, Snoop was arrested for selling crack cocaine. Cops caught him selling and
cornered him. He had a bunch of crack in his pocket and knew that there was no way
out, so he gave himself up.

Sept. 3rd, 1993

Charged?
Fo' shizzle my nizzle.

Sentence?
3 years. So, he gave up the drugs and pleaded guilty. He served the time.


 

Pee-Wee Herman

 What did he do?
Alledgedly, Reubens was arrested after being caught jerking off in the South Trail Cinema
- an XXX cinema.

 When?
July 26, 1991

 Charged?
Yep, charged with exposure.

 Sentence?
Reubens paid a small fine and did some community service. However, the incident ruined
his career in TV as he was blacklisted by all. Only recently has he begun to rebuild his career
- he starred in the recent Mystery Men motion picture.

 

 

 

Honorable Mention


Unfortunately, Michael Jackson wasn't arrested until well into month of November.
So he did not appear in this month's poll.
But I thought he deserved an honorable mention.
What a freak show.
